16 green king prawns, in shell

150g unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves thinly sliced.
1 long red chilli seeded and chopped.
2 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped.
2 lemons
2 tsp of toasted sesame seed to serve *optional.
Salt and pepper to taste
